Return Policy

1. All sales are final, all products sold are not refundable/returnable.

2. We do our best to ensure that the products are in good condition before sending out. Please contact welovecoolnails@gmail.com if item received is faulty.

Shipping Policy

1. For all transactions, items are to be sent to you by your chosen mailing mode during checkout. Please take note that we are NOT responsible for any lost mail if you have opted for items to be sent by normal mail. A $3 surcharge is applicable for Registered Mail and handling at the point of checkout.

2. Islandwide delivery service (except Jurong Island) can be arranged for orders with bulky items during weekends. An additional $10 delivery fees will be charged for order of total amount that is less than $50; $3 flat rate will be charged for order of total amount that is more than or equals to $50. No additional charges applicable for self pick-up.

3. For item pick-up, please contact welovecoolnails@gmail.com with two of your preferred date/time and contact number. We will reply you with the confirmed date/time via email and sms. Payment must be cleared before arranging for pick-up.

International Shipping Policy

1. We do not ship to Italy.

2. All international orders except Malaysia and Brunei are subjected to SGD$15 surcharge for postage and handling. Orders from Malaysia and Brunei are subject to SGD$5 postage & Handling. For bulky/heavy items, we will review the postage rate and notify buyer, buyer should bear the extra charges.

3. Items will be mailed out via Singpost registered mail.

4. We do not hold responsibility for import tax, custom fees, custom delays, goods quanrantine of your country, please check before purchase.
